HI FLYING 提供的空中救护专机种类齐全，包括里尔35型、里尔45型、里尔60型和湾流150型，负责把病人从新加坡运送至全球多个目的地。
 
上述飞机均装设空中医用担架、氧气、救生医疗设备、紧急药物和专责医疗护送团队。医疗护送团队有多种组合︰医生与护士、护士与护理人员或医生/护士/护理人员/呼吸治疗师团队，全视乎病人的病情需要而定。
 
我们有足够人力物力可安排同一班机运送两名病人。
 
所有运送行动均受医疗总监监督。医疗总监负责监察整个医疗运送流程，由接收医疗运送请求到规划医疗运送程序，以至最终完成整项运送任务。
 
病人的安全和是否获得舒适照顾是我们首要考虑的事项。
