本公司亦可安排商业航空公司的客机以商务舱、头等舱和供应担架服务的机舱，提供空中救护运送服务。
 
选用商业客机运送病人，较包机更为经济廉宜。
 
对情况稳定的「特选病人」来说，搭乘商业客机是一个不错的选择；而「经诊断为符合规定的病人」亦可选乘附有医疗设备、氧气和适当医疗护送人员的商业客机。
 
我们会因应病人的临床情况，在商业航空公司(如新加坡航空、汉莎航空、阿联酋航空、阿提哈德航空、泰国航空、菲律宾航空、马来西亚航空、捷特航空和印度航空)的客机上，安排航空医用担架、氧气、救生医疗设备、紧急医药和医疗护送团队(分别有医生与护士、护士与护理人员或医生／护士／护理人员／呼吸治疗师等组合)护送病人。
 
我们会安排一队专业人员，专责办理所有机场许可证申请、领取医疗合格证明及医疗设备合格证明、办理出入境和清关手续，他们跟各大航空公司均有良好的联系。
 
所有运送行动均受本公司的医疗总监监督。
 
对某些病人来说，选用商业航空公司客机提供运送服务，会较为经济。
